NHBCOM.ORG was created by the members of Neighborhood Boards 5 and 9.  We post information that we hope will be interesting and useful to people who live and work in the Diamond Head, Kapahulu, St. Louis Heights, and Waikiki areas.

If you are planning to attend a neighborhood board meeting and have a question or concern for the Honolulu Police Department, please send in the question(s) at least two days prior to the next meeting.  The questions will be forwarded to the Waikiki District 6 Community Policing Office and only used for official purposes. You do not have to provide a name or contact information.  (However, if you would like a personal response, please include your name and telephone number or email address.)
