Eva Haddix Anderson

Eva Anderson serves as our Church Administrator and Human Resources Consultant.  She has served on the Senior Pastor’s Leadership team, Manager of Food Services, Office Management, Administrative Support Staff, Events Coordinator, President of the Voices of Hope, and Volunteer Ministry Coordinator for Special Events. Eva has over thirty plus years of Church/Business experience, serving at Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church as Senior Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor for seven (7) years and Human Resources Director for twenty-three (23) years.  

She retired from full-time ministry in January 2018 and now serves as CEO to Virtually Anywhere, LLC, a Human Resources Consulting firm providing virtual and in-person services to various non-profit organizations. Eva received an Associate Degree in Mid-Management Technology from Southwest TN Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Organizational Leadership from Union University.  

She has a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a Certified Church Business Administrator designation from the National Association of Church Business Administrators. Eva believes in providing excellence in all things and serves at the pleasure of the Senior Pastor.
